What's new in oToK

Every release — the new features, improvements, and fixes, as they ship.

10.01.02

v10.01.02

Improved

  • A more secure webhook connection for Extra Mobile: authenticate call events with a Bearer token or a secret header — both keep the secret out of the URL and are the recommended setup; existing URL-based connections keep working.

Fixed

  • Automatic call logging from Extra Mobile now reliably captures every inbound and outbound call — each one lands on the Calls page the moment it ends and on the matched contact's timeline, and automations that start when a call is logged fire every time.

10.01.01

v10.01.01

New

  • Payment requests in the public API: mint personal pay links straight from your own code — create, list, retrieve and cancel payment requests over the REST API, with the same options as in-app: amount and currency, installments, automatic tax-document issuing, expiry and reminder emails. Subscribe your webhook endpoints to payment-request events — created, paid, expired, cancelled — and react the moment a customer pays. Available on Scale and up.
  • Contact financial documents and payments API upgrades: pull the invoices, receipts and credit documents recorded on a contact in one call; set VAT — mode and rate — on recurring billing plans through the API; and attach your own metadata to payments, then read it back inside automations. The official Node.js and Python SDKs and the API reference are updated to match.

Improved

  • Cleaner mobile sidebar: long-press a menu item to pin it to the sidebar or unpin it — the always-visible pin buttons are gone, so rows stay uncluttered.

10.01.00

v10.01.00

New

  • Saved cards and one-click charging: your customer can save their card at checkout — with their consent — and from then on you charge it in one click, straight from the contact's Payments tab. The card is stored as a secure token at your payment provider (Cardcom or Sumit), so card numbers never touch oToK, and saved cards are managed right on the contact's page. Available on Scale and up.
  • Recurring automatic charges with smart retries: put a customer on a recurring billing plan and oToK charges it automatically every cycle. When a charge fails, it retries on a schedule you control, the customer gets an email with a recovery pay link — pay again or save a new card — and you're notified in-app. You choose whether repeated failures pause the plan or cancel it.
  • What's New, right inside the app: a panel with the latest oToK updates and an unread indicator, so you catch every new feature the moment it lands — on web and mobile.

Improved

  • VAT control for customer charges: choose how your prices handle VAT — including, excluding or exempt — and set the rate. The payer sees the correct breakdown at checkout, and documents and refunds follow the same setting.

10.00.00

v10.00.00

New

  • Charge your customers through your own payment provider: connect your business's Cardcom or Sumit account and collect payments right from oToK — send a payment request, and your customer pays through a personal pay link on a secure hosted payment page. You issue refunds and credit documents from inside the system too, and tax documents — invoices and receipts — are issued on your own provider account. Available on Scale and up.
  • Payment requests travel by email: the request lands straight in the customer's inbox, automatic reminders follow up on unpaid requests — and the moment a payment goes through, the payer gets a receipt by email.
  • A Documents view on every contact: the customer's payment documents — invoices, receipts and tax documents — gathered on the contact's Payments tab, so the paperwork sits right next to the conversation.
  • Delete your account from inside the app: account deletion is now self-serve, with a 14-day grace window to cancel before anything is permanently removed.

Improved

  • Payment rows now link to their tax documents — open the invoice or receipt straight from the payment — and you can also attach a document link manually to any payment.
  • The affiliate program panel moved to its own tab in My Settings — easier to find your referral link and track your commissions.

Fixed

  • Mobile app: the tab bar is no longer clipped by the Android gesture bar. The fix arrives with the app-store update.

9.00.01

v9.00.01

New

  • Spin to Win: a prize wheel that grows your list — drag it into any popup, and visitors spin, win a prize and leave their email or phone along the way. You control the whole wheel: 2 to 12 slices with weighted odds per slice (the draw happens server-side, so the real odds never show), an optional "first N winners" cap per prize, and one spin per visitor on by default. Winning slices can hand out personal, single-use store coupon codes — with a connected store (e-commerce store sync, available on Pro and up). Available on every plan as part of the popup builder — up to 3 active popups on Free.
  • The landing page template gallery has grown to 47 designed templates: 17 new templates across 13 new categories — courses, agencies, consulting, restaurants, real estate, fitness, portfolio, podcast, nonprofits, app download, sales pages, coming-soon pages and SaaS launch — all with full Hebrew and RTL.
  • Email and popup template galleries: 29 designed starter templates in the email template gallery, and a brand-new popup template gallery with 19 designed templates — including a ready-made Spin to Win popup. Everything with full Hebrew and RTL: pick one, make it yours and send — instead of starting from a blank page.

Improved

  • Open Sans is now the default typography everywhere your audience meets you — published landing pages, popups, embedded forms, the chat widget, the newsletter archive, quotes and every email sent from oToK — one consistent, Hebrew-friendly look, with safe fallbacks in older email clients.

Fixed

  • Fixed corrupted characters that appeared in Hebrew emails in some email clients.
  • Mobile app: fixed first-launch issues — the app no longer gets stuck on first open, and the tab bar is no longer clipped by the iPhone home indicator. The fix arrives with the app-store update.

9.00.00

v9.00.00

New

  • E-commerce integrations: connect your Shopify store — plus WooCommerce and Wix — and the store starts working for you: customers and their marketing consent sync automatically, orders are recorded as revenue on the contact's page, and your product catalog syncs into oToK. Win back abandoned carts with an automation that reaches the customer with a link straight back to their cart, generate a unique single-use coupon code per contact from any automation, and see exactly how much revenue each campaign really drove. Included on Pro and up.
  • Orders: a new Orders view — create orders manually or push them in through the API, every order with its items, payments and refunds, a fulfillment board for tracking what's already shipped, and insights on revenue, average order value and top products. Automations can react the moment an order is created, paid, refunded, cancelled or fulfilled, and everything exports to CSV and Excel. Available on every plan.
  • Landing pages, next generation: the builder now edits your page responsively with a live preview for every device, uploads images (or generates them with AI), writes rich text, and saves your work automatically with full revision history. Publishing is faster and served straight from the server, with per-page SEO controls — favicon, canonical address, hide-from-search, and automatic redirects when a page's address changes. You can schedule a publish ahead of time, run A/B variants of a page (Growth and up), and start from 30 refreshed templates with copy written natively in Hebrew.
  • Popup builder: design popups — a centered dialog, slide-in, banner or full-screen — and show them on your landing pages or embed them on any website with a short snippet. Control exactly when they appear — by time on page, scroll depth or exit intent, with URL and device targeting — and cap how often a visitor sees them. Every submission is recorded in the CRM and can start an automation. Available on every plan — up to 3 active popups on Free.
  • AI image generation: create on-brand images without leaving the editor — describe the image and the AI generates it, in any aspect ratio, ready to drop into your design. Available in the email editor, the landing page builder and the popup builder. Works on platform AI credits — or with your own image-generation API key, unmetered.
  • Affiliate program: recommend oToK and earn a 10% lifetime commission on every payment made by the customers you referred, paid out by bank transfer from ₪100. Your personal referral link is already waiting in the app, under My settings.
  • Agency & white-label program: agencies can now resell oToK to their clients, manage every client workspace from a dedicated agency console, and run the whole experience under their own brand — with volume-based terms that improve as the client portfolio grows. Interested? Talk to us.
  • oToK for WooCommerce: a WordPress plugin that connects your WooCommerce store — a marketing-consent checkbox at checkout and reliable delivery of cart and order events into oToK, with Hebrew and RTL built in.
  • Guided walkthroughs: 20 interactive tours — in Hebrew and English — walk you through every module, step by step, right inside the app. Open them whenever you like from the Help panel; they never start on their own.

Improved

  • The storage allowance now counts all workspace files — media, email attachments, exports and generated images — not just media, so the number you see reflects reality. If you go over the allowance, you get a grace period to free space or add storage before new uploads pause.
  • A suspended workspace now shows every team member a clear message at sign-in, instead of a generic error — and access stays blocked for as long as the suspension lasts.
  • For developers: send transactional emails through the public API — with optional open and click tracking per send, and webhook endpoints that notify your system on delivery, bounce, complaint, open and click.

8.00.01

v8.00.01

Improved

  • Accessibility across the platform: oToK is now fully operable by keyboard — including moving deals on the deals board (Space to pick up a deal, arrow keys to move it between stages, Escape to cancel) — with screen-reader support in both Hebrew and English, respect for your operating system's reduced-motion preference, and pinch-to-zoom on mobile web. The platform was audited against WCAG 2.1 AA, and all critical and serious accessibility issues found were resolved.
  • Clearer contrast: form fields now stand out clearly on light backgrounds, and deals-board columns are distinct from the page behind them.

Fixed

  • Public quote-signing and unsubscribe links could fail to open in some cases — fixed.

8.00.00

v8.00.00

New

  • Quotes with e-signature: create branded quotes and send them for signature — the customer reviews and signs online, and both sides get a signed PDF with a full audit certificate (who signed, when and how). Add one-time-code signer verification for sensitive quotes, record payments received against an accepted quote, and track everything from draft to close. Monthly send allowance by plan, and Growth and up can remove the "Powered by oToK" branding from quote pages and emails.
  • Sales forecasting and goals: a new Forecast view on the deals board lays your open pipeline out over the coming months or quarters — each deal counted by its stage's win probability, with suggested percentages drawn from your real closing history — and flags deals whose expected close date has passed or is missing, so nothing silently drops out of the projection. You can also set recurring sales goals — revenue or won-deal count, monthly or quarterly, for the whole team or a specific agent — and track live progress with a calendar pace marker and an "on track" / "at risk" forecast badge.
  • Custom report builder: build your own reports on contacts, deals, tasks, conversations, campaign results and email sends — pick columns, filters and groupings, and see exactly the numbers your business needs. Paid plans can save reports for reuse, in a new Reports view on the Dashboard.
  • AI insights email: get a weekly or monthly plain-language summary of what's happening in your business — new contacts, conversations, campaign and email performance, automation runs, upcoming events and deals — with a short AI-written narrative of what stands out and one practical suggestion. Each recipient gets a version matched to exactly what their role can see, and if the AI is momentarily unavailable the numbers still arrive on schedule.
  • Inbox SLA and response-time targets: set a first-reply target and a follow-up-reply target for the team, measured against your business hours and holidays (or around the clock). At-risk conversations get flagged in the inbox with a dedicated SLA folder, a breach can alert managers and even start an automation, and response-time analytics show how the team is really doing.
  • Lead scoring: every contact gets a live 0–100 interest score — from what they do (WhatsApp replies, email opens and clicks, form submissions, event attendance) and who they are (rules on any field, tag or group) — plus a clear Cold / Warm / Hot band the team can act on. Points can expire so leads that go quiet cool down on their own, a "Why this score?" breakdown explains every number, and an automation can kick off the moment a lead heats up or cools down. Available on every plan.
  • Contact enrichment: automatically fill in missing emails, phone numbers and company details on your contacts. Connect your own Dropcontact or Hunter account — a one-time unlock, with unlimited usage on your own keys.
  • Tasks and notes: a built-in to-do queue for the team — calls, follow-ups, emails and to-dos with due dates, reminders, priorities and assignees, each linked to the customer it's about. Overdue tasks stay highlighted at the top until they're handled, notes keep the context on the contact's page, and a daily agenda email arrives in the morning — only on days when tasks are actually waiting. Available on every plan, with no limits.
  • Call logging: log phone calls on the contact's timeline — outcome, notes and a follow-up task in one click — see everything in a new Calls page, and start an automation whenever a call is logged. Available on every plan.
  • Extra Mobile integration (Growth and up): connect your business's Extra Mobile line and every call logs itself — with click-to-call from any contact, in-app recording playback, and smart call summaries with next steps when GenieAI is active on your Extra account.
  • Team scheduling for meeting booking: put several hosts on one meeting type and oToK distributes bookings between them fairly by the weight you set per host — with a priority for tie-breaks and everyone's availability respected. The host pool grows with your plan.
  • Export to CSV and Excel: export deals and stage history, WhatsApp and email campaign results, contacts and payments — plus timesheets and event attendee lists. Large exports run in the background and the file is ready to download when they finish.
  • Duplicate prevention as you type: adding a contact whose phone or email the system already knows — even one the contact used in the past — warns you before saving, so duplicates stop at the door. Choose per workspace whether to warn or block outright.

Improved

  • No more duplicate contacts from integrations: every channel that writes contacts — the public API, Webhooks, Zoom, contact enrichment and automations — now routes phone/email conflicts into the unified duplicates-and-conflicts review queue instead of silently creating a copy. An automation that hits a conflict pauses and resumes on its own once you resolve it.
  • The Dashboard is now organized into three views — Overview, Marketing Attribution and Reports — so each team member lands straight on the view they need.

Fixed

  • Contacts created by integrations now carry their true source — including a new ActiveTrail source label — and existing contacts were updated retroactively, so source filters and reports reflect where each contact really came from.

7.00.00

v7.00.00

New

  • Marketing Attribution: a new dedicated page showing which channels, campaigns and ads actually drove your contacts, conversations and revenue — with cross-channel ROI, blended ROAS, spend-vs-revenue charts and a first-party customer-journey funnel.
  • Ad-platform connectors: connect Meta Ads, Google Ads and Google Analytics 4 to pull daily ad spend and performance straight into your reports — and connect WhatConverts to feed tracked leads in automatically.
  • Click-to-WhatsApp ad ROI: see exactly which Meta ads opened WhatsApp chats and how much revenue each one made, and start an automation the moment someone messages you from a Click-to-WhatsApp ad — greeting them in the ad's own wording via [[ad.*]] variables.
  • Send conversions back to your ad platforms: report won deals and payments back to Meta and Google so their algorithms optimize for the ads that actually make you money (PII always hashed, consented contacts only).
  • Snippets library: save reusable email content blocks (like a branded header or footer) once and drop them into any campaign, newsletter or automation email — edit the snippet and every email that uses it updates instantly.
  • Roadmap & feedback board: a shared board where you can suggest features, upvote others' ideas, and follow what's under review, planned, in progress or shipped.
  • Employee time tracking: a built-in punch clock and timesheet — clock in and out from anywhere in the app, get daily and weekly totals, and (for managers) a Team view with a live "who's clocked in now" and CSV export for payroll.
  • Hosted WhatsApp chat button: add a floating "chat on WhatsApp" button to any website with a single script tag, change its look, greeting, agents and business-hours behavior any time — without re-embedding the code — and track clicks.
  • Dynamic QR codes: create designed QR codes whose destination you can change even after printing, with per-code scan analytics and a device breakdown.
  • Conditional email content: add "Show if" sections that appear only for recipients who match a condition, so one email personalizes itself for each contact.
  • Math in personalization variables: do arithmetic inside variables (plus, minus, times, divided_by, round) — for example, compute a discounted price or a running total right inside the message.

Improved

  • Customer-positive pricing: the AI assistant is now available on every plan including Free (free when you bring your own API key); the REST API is included from the Growth tier; deals, pipelines and automation steps are now unlimited on all plans; landing-page templates and server-side conversions are no longer gated; and new add-ons were introduced — including Salesforce (included on Scale).
  • Dedicated sending IP included on Scale: Scale-tier workspaces on the 200k/500k email bands now get a dedicated sending IP at no extra charge (other tiers can still buy it as an add-on).
  • Preview with a real contact: the review steps for campaigns, newsletter issues and WhatsApp campaigns now show the message exactly as a real contact would see it, and warn about broken or unmapped personalization before you send.
  • Smarter variable editing: inline autocomplete for modifiers and fallbacks, a [[ shortcut to insert a variable in the email editor, pill inputs for template parameters in the inbox, and human-readable name variables for tags and groups.
  • Consistent "locked" indicators: gated or not-yet-configured features now show a clear, uniform lock/hint across the app.
  • Choose a font for emails: pick a font family for your email content.
  • Snippets in a handier place: the Snippets library moved out of Settings into Campaigns → Templates, next to the rest of your content.

Fixed

  • WhatsApp campaigns no longer send blank values when a template parameter is unmapped — the send fails clearly instead.
  • Workspace logo uploads no longer fail when the file name contains spaces or special characters.
  • Inbox and newsletter messages now show dates in your workspace's timezone and language, and newsletter issues correctly resolve event and membership variables.
  • Fixed a bug where a personalization pill could block typing in single-line fields.
  • Extreme results from variable math now display as plain decimals instead of scientific notation.
  • QR-code scan stats now label days correctly across daylight-saving changes.

5.00.02

v5.00.02

New

  • A built-in "Marketer" team role — assign it to teammates who run campaigns and marketing without granting full admin access.
  • Right-click actions on inbox search results — jump straight to the conversation or the contact from any search hit.

Improved

  • Cleaner navigation: growth tools now sit as regular items in the sidebar, and your profile menu moved up to the header.
  • Team invitations were overhauled end-to-end: clearer management screens for admins, a smoother acceptance experience for invitees, and an invitation now takes effect only after the invitee verifies their email address.
