What's new in oToK

Every release — the new features, improvements, and fixes, as they ship.

10.07.00

v10.07.00

Improved

  • A friendlier inbox: links inside messages are now clickable, line breaks display exactly as they were sent, and the composer behaves like a real editor — Enter starts a new line, Ctrl/Cmd+Enter sends.
  • Merge contacts with eyes open: every value on the merge page now shows its change history — what it was before, when it changed and who changed it — so you keep the current value, not a stale one that happened to stick around.

10.06.00

v10.06.00

New

  • Automations can now send media: attach an image, video or document to the Send Message action — your message text becomes the file's caption — with a preview in flow test runs. Attachments respect the 24-hour WhatsApp window exactly like text messages, with the same fallback route you configured.
  • A sync log for every integration: each run of every connected system — Salesforce, Zoom, your connected store, ad platforms and more — is now recorded in a dedicated log under Settings → Integrations: status, how many records were created, updated or skipped, and the exact error when something fails. Click a run for the full detail — no more guessing why a sync didn't work.

Improved

  • Registering a contact to an event is faster: search the event list and filter by status or category, with a clear date and details on every row — no more scrolling a long dropdown.
  • Create a contact with everything up front: a new "show all fields" toggle expands the quick-create form into the full contact profile — every built-in and custom field, ready before the first save.
  • Zoom events: the after-event chat report now identifies which chat authors are contacts of yours, and attendees who posted in the chat carry a dedicated badge on the attendee list — an instant read on who was really engaged.

10.05.02

v10.05.02

Improved

  • Salesforce status mapping: the connected Salesforce card now lists your org's real campaign and attendance status values — read live from Salesforce — beside the matching oToK statuses. Map your organization's own vocabulary once and both directions of the sync respect it, never guessing and never overwriting values your org defined itself.

10.05.01

v10.05.01

Improved

  • Salesforce sync: every mapped field now carries an Outgoing policy of its own — fill only empty Salesforce fields (the default) or keep them updated from oToK too. Exactly what you need when the CRM must stay current while your team moves over to oToK.

Fixed

  • Salesforce: opening the field-mapping dialog no longer wipes mappings to linked-record fields like the account name, and incoming picklist values now land correctly on oToK choice fields instead of failing the contact's update.

10.05.00

v10.05.00

New

  • Segment by what's linked to a contact: new relation filters target people by whether they have deals, conversations, tasks, event registrations, newsletter subscriptions or payments — a plain Yes/No — and go deeper with conditions on the linked record's own fields (contacts with an open deal in the Negotiation stage, or contacts with no open task). They work everywhere audiences and filters do: the Contacts list, the audience builder, both campaign wizards, newsletter enrollment and the flow Decision node. The Deals page gets the same power — filter deals by any field, or by their contact's group and details. Available on every plan.
  • Events as product cycles: link an event to a product and a course cohort becomes a cycle of that product — with a presenter, a category, colored chips and Upcoming / Past / Drafts views on the Events page. Best of all, event automations can filter by product, so a single flow — reminders, follow-ups, waitlist nudges — covers every future cycle of a course instead of wiring each cohort by hand. Available on every plan.
  • Four new built-in contact fields: profession, education, marital status and preferred contact channel now ship as first-class fields — ready to use in filters, audiences, CSV import mapping and message variables, without creating a custom field for each.

Improved

  • Automations and messages are deal-aware: [[deal.*]] variables now resolve in campaigns, newsletters and any flow — not only deal-triggered ones — always using the contact's most recent open deal; the flow Deal action can act on the exact deal that triggered the automation and update its fields from variables; and quotes, SLA breaches and orders expose their own named variables too.
  • Deeper two-way Salesforce sync: alongside contacts, leads and deals, oToK now keeps Salesforce Campaigns in sync as events, campaign members as event attendance, and tasks and notes on the contact's timeline — with continuous catch-up that reaches back to where it left off after any outage.
  • Export tasks and calls: both the Tasks and Calls pages now offer the same background export as the rest of oToK — to CSV or Excel, with progress and a downloadable file, honoring your active filters and each agent's access scope.

Fixed

  • Email editor: pasting from Word, Google Docs or another email builder no longer brings walls of blank lines, and bullet and numbered list markers now show correctly.
  • Mobile app: the bottom tab bar no longer covers the last part of a page, and sticky action bars — like the campaign wizard's Launch bar — now sit just above it instead of hiding behind it. The fix arrives with the app-store update.

10.04.00

v10.04.00

New

  • Insights: oToK now watches your key metrics for you and flags what needs attention — measured against market benchmarks for your industry and against your own performance over time, so it can tell you, for example, that your open rate has dropped 30% from your 90-day average. An insights feed on the Reports page explains every flag in plain language, shows exactly where each benchmark comes from, and links you straight to the fix; the most important warnings also appear on your Dashboard, and salespeople see their own personal flags on the Deals page — response time, goals and stalled deals. Set your own target for any metric, choose your business industry so the comparisons match your market, and get notified — in-app, by push, or in your email digest — the moment something needs you. Deliberately quiet: it stays out of the way until there is genuinely something to say. Available on Growth and up.
  • Built-in reports gallery: the Reports page now includes a gallery of ready-made, live reports — deal loss reasons, list growth across every channel, newsletter subscribers and churn, landing-page conversion, popup performance, form submissions, event attendance, automation runs, your top email links, response-time trends and Google Analytics channels. Open one to see your own data instantly, or send it to the report builder to make it your own. Available on every plan.

Improved

  • More to report on: the report builder can now build reports over nine more parts of oToK — landing pages, popups, forms, event attendance, newsletter subscribers, list growth (opt-ins and opt-outs), automation runs, email link clicks and Google Analytics — so you can chart almost anything you do in oToK, filtered and grouped exactly the way you want.
  • Numbers you can trust: several key metrics are now measured more honestly across oToK. Email open counts and open rates no longer include automated opens (Apple Mail Privacy Protection, security scanners) anywhere they appear — campaigns, newsletters, the dashboard, A/B tests, exports and the API — so they reflect real people. The Automations page shows the real number of runs instead of zero. And deal totals that mix currencies are converted to your workspace currency instead of being summed one-to-one.
  • Cardcom payment capture, more complete: charges made directly on your Cardcom terminal — credit card, cash, cheque and recurring standing orders, including email-only and foreign-currency payments — are now recorded in oToK automatically and in the right currency, so your contacts, revenue and automations see the full picture. A daily safety-net sync backfills any charge a brief outage might have dropped, and your Cardcom settings show the last reporting issue if one needs a look.

10.03.00

v10.03.00

New

  • Manage event attendance from the contact card: register a contact to an event, change their attendance status, or remove them from an event — right from the Events tab on the contact card, without going to the event's own page. When you add a single contact to an event you can also unregister them from other upcoming events you pick, only when you explicitly tick them.

Improved

  • Zoom event sync that follows your settings: the Sync from Zoom button now follows your saved Auto-Sync rules exactly, and refreshes registrants and participants for those events in the same run — with clear messages when a meeting has no registration or is actually a webinar. The per-event Sync Registrants and Sync Participants buttons now work for attendance managers too.
  • Phone search that just works: find a contact or a conversation by phone number in any format — local (05…), international with or without a +, with spaces, dashes or parentheses — no matter how the number was saved. Works in both contact search and inbox search.

Fixed

  • Mobile layout fixes: the Reports and report-builder pages, Deals, Campaigns, Automations and the newsletter and campaign editors now display properly on a phone screen — no clipped buttons or content trapped off-screen.
  • Reliability fixes across background automations: automatic lead-score updates, scheduled landing-page publishing, email re-engagement (sunset) and newsletter bulk enrollment could quietly stall in some workspaces — all now run reliably again.

10.02.00

v10.02.00

New

  • Email marketing from your AI assistant: newsletters and broadcast email campaigns can now be created, scheduled and sent through the public API — by your own code, or by an AI assistant working for you. Write the email in simple Markdown — headings, buttons, images, bullet lists, personalization variables and your saved content snippets — choose the writing direction, and oToK turns it into the same designed email the in-app editor produces; structured blocks and full design JSON are there when you want pixel-level control, the same request is safe to send twice — it updates the draft instead of duplicating it — and new audience and sender-profile listings close the loop: who it goes to, and who it comes from. A new MCP connector plugs your workspace into AI assistants like Claude, with a built-in safety net: before anything is written, the assistant shows you exactly what is about to change and asks for your explicit confirmation. Available on Growth and up.
  • Embed your booking calendar on any website: paste one short snippet and your live scheduling page renders right inside your site — in an auto-resizing frame with no inner scrollbar, several calendars on one page if you need them, with pre-filled invitee details, your accent color, and Hebrew or English following the page's language. Embeds are protected by a dedicated embed key: rotate it at any moment to cut off old copies, and optionally restrict embedding to your own domains only. Available on every plan.
  • More of oToK in the public API: manage marketing consent — read a contact's consent per channel, record opt-ins and opt-outs, and manage the suppression list; manage your product catalog; and subscribe webhooks to far more events — contacts created, updated, deleted or changing consent, incoming WhatsApp messages, deals created, moving stage or closing, bookings, event attendance and form submissions — so your systems can react to almost anything that happens in your workspace. The official Node.js and Python SDKs and the API reference are updated to match.

10.01.04

v10.01.04

New

  • Customer journey and attribution fields on every contact: each contact now carries ten attribution fields — source, medium, campaign, channel and date, for both the first and the last touch — updated automatically from their activity and available everywhere contact fields work: audiences, advanced filters, automation decision rules, contact-table columns, exports and message personalization variables. On top of that, a new Journey tab on the contact card tells the whole story in time order — website visits, form submissions, ad and email clicks, alongside calls, deals and payments — with a Marketing view that filters to marketing touchpoints only. Available on Growth and up.

Improved

  • Phone-call logging from WhatConverts: phone-call leads from WhatConverts are now recorded in the unified call log — on the Calls page and the contact's timeline — with call direction, outcome and duration, recording playback and call transcripts right inside oToK; WhatConverts' call analysis appears as the call's AI summary, automations with the Call Activity trigger react to these calls like any other, and automatic contact creation from incoming calls can be switched on. Available on Growth and up.

Fixed

  • Reliability fixes for automations and event sync: automations based on an event's date and time no longer fire a day early in certain cases — flows that were already affected heal themselves automatically; and syncing events from Zoom now completes successfully in situations that used to fail it — invalid saved sync settings or unusual responses from the Zoom API.

10.01.03

v10.01.03

New

  • Lead capture from Facebook and Instagram Lead Ads: connect your Facebook Pages and every submitted lead form arrives straight in your contacts — matched to an existing contact by phone or email, or created as a new contact automatically, with marketing consent recorded. Standard questions are pre-mapped, and custom questions map to any contact field — including a new custom field you create on the spot. A new Lead Ad automation trigger receives the full form answers, so you can get back to every lead within seconds. Available on Growth and up.

Improved

  • Meta Ads reporting across multiple ad accounts: pick one or more reporting ad accounts on your Meta Ads connection, and the Attribution page aggregates spend, impressions, clicks, conversions and ROAS across all of them — with a 90-day history import for each account and a daily refresh.
  • Extra Mobile call history import: pull calls from before the connection into oToK — up to a year back — straight from the integration card. Imported calls appear on the Calls page and on the matched contacts' timelines, already-imported calls are updated rather than duplicated, and automations never run for old calls; on top of that, a daily catch-up sync fills in each night any call whose live update never arrived.
  • Updated legal documents: the Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy were rewritten to cover the product as it is today, and a new Data Processing Agreement (DPA) is available on the site — linked from the Terms, the Privacy Policy and the site footer.

Fixed

  • Reliability fixes for scheduled work: email A/B tests now always pick their winner and send the remainder on time — tests that were already stuck resolve on their own; pending conversion exports to Meta and Google now go out automatically, and ad-connector re-syncs work reliably again.
