What's new in oToK

Every release — the new features, improvements, and fixes, as they ship.

10.10.01

v10.10.01

New

  • Zoom, in both directions: create a Zoom meeting or webinar straight from the oToK event form — with registration open from the moment it's created, and a recurring series if you need one — and from there edits travel both ways. Synced events now carry the whole picture (end time, timezone, join and registration links, passcode, description), changes made in Zoom arrive right away, unregistering someone in oToK cancels their Zoom registration too, and deleting an event can cancel it in Zoom and notify the registrants. You can also import only the events you pick, pause syncing for a single event, or unlink one entirely. Existing connections keep working — the first time you use the new write features you'll be asked to add a couple of permissions to your Zoom app. Available on every plan.

Improved

  • The media library gets a page of its own under Marketing: browse, search, upload and tidy every file in the workspace in one place. Choosing from the library also reached more spots — the inbox composer's plus menu, your profile picture, QR codes, the chat widget, quote settings and the setup wizard.
  • Conditions on contact fields now understand what they're comparing: across the Field Changed trigger, the Wait condition, Update Contact and Decision nodes, the operators offered match the field's type — thresholds and ranges on numbers and dates, no "greater than" on a name — and so does the value editor. Closed lists become dropdowns in your language, dates and times get real pickers, and email addresses and phone numbers are checked exactly the way they'll be saved. Dates compare as your workspace's calendar day, so one typed on the contact panel matches one that arrived from an import.
  • Working with fields got clearer outside the automations too: contact filters and the audience builder show option labels in your language instead of English, webhook field mappings spell out what each target field expects, and the contact form now warns about an invalid email or phone number — until now those values were simply dropped without a word.

Fixed

  • Zoom: "Sync from Zoom" returned an error on every run, and meetings created in Zoom never showed up in oToK on their own. Both are fixed — events sync, the last-sync time is remembered, and a meeting or webinar created in Zoom now appears and fires its automation.

10.10.00

v10.10.00

New

  • Media library: every file you upload is now catalogued for the whole workspace, and every upload spot offers "Choose from library" — reuse an image you already uploaded instead of finding the file again. It reaches the email editor, landing pages and popups, the booking cover image, the Send Message attachment in automations and the inbox media picker, with search, tabs by file type, and a delete that frees the storage the file was taking. Available on every plan.
  • Products get cycles: give a product its own runs — a course cohort, a workshop round, a version — each with optional dates, its own price and a number of seats, then file sales, deals and events under the right one. A new product page ties it all together: sales, units and revenue, open deals, cycles and events for that product in one place. A full cycle carries a "Full" badge by default, and you can set a product to block selling past the last seat outright. A Sales report joins them, sliceable by product, cycle, source and currency. Available on every plan.

Improved

  • Messages can point at "the next Yoga class" instead of just "the next event": relative event variables take an optional filter — by product, by category or by event name — so one template or automation carries the right date, time and link for the series it belongs to.

Fixed

  • Mobile app: full-screen dialogs and side panels no longer open with their close button tucked under the notch — the reported case was the automation log's run-details dialog — and a handful of dialogs with long content now scroll inside the box instead of pushing that button off the screen.

10.09.03

v10.09.03

Improved

  • WhatsApp deliverability now keeps itself current: every delivery receipt teaches oToK whether a number really reaches WhatsApp. A delivered or read message marks the contact deliverable again — even one previously marked as bounced — while a number that isn't on WhatsApp is marked bounced on the spot and drops out of campaign sends, so nothing keeps trying to reach it. Every such change is written to the contact's timeline in clear, translated wording.

Fixed

  • Zoom events: syncing registrants no longer brings back people who unregistered, and no longer erases a no-show you marked by hand. That also closes a case where an event automation could message someone who had already pulled out — the sync runs right before an event's scheduled automations fire. The "Sync registrants" summary now counts only what actually changed, and each registrant's original registration time is preserved.

10.09.00

v10.09.00

New

  • Sign in to the mobile app without a password: tap the email-me-a-link button in the app and it shows a short code while it waits. Open that email from any device — phone or desktop — check the code matches, approve, and the app signs itself in. No password to type on a phone, and the shared code confirms you're approving exactly the device that asked. Available on every plan.
  • Passkeys work in the mobile app too: sign in with the phone's own Face ID, Touch ID or fingerprint — one tap, no code and no email. Add a passkey from your security settings and it stays on the device — nothing to type, nothing to remember. Available on every plan.

10.08.00

v10.08.00

New

  • Sales: a purchase ledger for your product catalog — record that a contact bought a product, when, how many units and for how much, independent of deals, payments or orders. See it everywhere it matters: a new workspace-wide Sales log page, a Sales tab on the contact page answering "what did they buy, and how many times?", and a per-product view of everyone who bought it. Segment contacts by purchases — including "bought at least N times" and by specific product — in filters and audiences, and automate with the new Sale recorded trigger and Record sale flow action. Available on every plan.

Improved

  • QR codes: every code in the list now shows a live preview of its design, and downloads as PNG or SVG straight from the card — no need to open the editor.

10.07.05

v10.07.05

Improved

  • Zoom event reports, ready for a spreadsheet: the end-of-event attendance report now attaches the registrants and participants lists as CSV files — the full lists, including each participant's total time in the meeting — while the email body stays a readable summary. Both reports now arrive in your workspace language, Hebrew included, right-to-left and all.

Fixed

  • Mobile app: links inside conversation messages now open in the device browser when tapped — previously the tap did nothing on Android.
  • Inbox: documents now display the message text sent along with them as a caption, and older automation media messages that showed "Media unavailable" were repaired retroactively too.

10.07.04

v10.07.04

Improved

  • The mobile apps are easier to reach: phone browsers now offer a one-tap banner to the right store for the device, the help menu gained a "Get the mobile app" entry, and personal settings hold permanent App Store and Google Play download buttons.

Fixed

  • On phones, the sign-in screen now gives way to the on-screen keyboard — the card re-centers in the visible area and the Sign in button stays reachable while typing.

10.07.03

v10.07.03

Improved

  • The conversation follows the phone number: a WhatsApp thread belongs to a number, and now whenever a number moves between contacts — a phone edit, a merge, a split in the duplicates resolver — the whole conversation, messages included, moves with it instantly, with a note on both contacts' activity timelines. A thread sitting on a number its contact no longer uses shows a "Former number" badge in the inbox.

Fixed

  • Files sent by the automation Send Message action now display in the conversation transcript too — the recipient always got the file, but the inbox showed "Media unavailable".

10.07.02

v10.07.02

Improved

  • Send any file WhatsApp supports: Word, Excel and PowerPoint documents, plain-text files, and more audio and video formats — everywhere you attach a file: the inbox composer, drag-and-drop, paste, and automation attachments. Office files that were previously blocked with "unsupported file type" now send normally.
  • A phone-calls tab on the contact page: every call logged for the contact, newest first — direction, outcome, duration, agent and notes — with a log-a-call button right there, deep links and live updates.

Fixed

  • Media messages sent by link — including automation attachments — now always reach the recipient; previously some were accepted for delivery but never actually arrived.

10.07.01

v10.07.01

Improved

  • The merge page explains itself: a new strip shows why contacts were grouped together — a shared phone or email, including ones they only shared in the past, with per-contact dates — and highlights the exact linking values on the cells that hold them. An update held back by an identity conflict now displays its full contents, and group cards in Tools → Duplicates show the actual linking values — not just "same phone".
