Every release — the new features, improvements, and fixes, as they ship.

10.11.08

v10.11.08

New

  • Archive — the reversible alternative to deleting: archive a deal, task, call, quote, contact, note, report, snippet or file and it leaves your lists, dashboards, audiences, exports and sends, while staying whole and restorable in one click. Permanent deletion is now the workspace owner's call alone, so nothing disappears by accident. The money ledgers — sales, orders and campaigns — are deliberately outside the archive, so a quarter that already closed can't change because of tidying up done today.
  • Make each workspace look like itself: the appearance panel adds accent colors (amber, orange, teal, fuchsia), round corners, three atmosphere levels, a warm, neutral or cool canvas and three sidebar styles. The choice is saved per person and per workspace — switching workspaces switches the look, and your teammates keep their own.

Improved

  • Automation run logs, rewritten for people: what set the run off and what exactly matched, then every step in order with what actually went out — the WhatsApp or SMS text as sent, an email's subject, recipient and delivery status, contact fields before and after. Decisions explain which conditions held and which didn't, the channel router says why every other channel lost, and a step that was skipped or paused gives its reason in words. Times are in your workspace's timezone, and the step counts are real.
  • Back returns exactly what you were looking at: your filters, search, sort, page, the tab you were on, the record or conversation you had open, and where you'd scrolled to. The browser's back button, the phone's back gesture and every back arrow in the product — right across the app.
  • The sales log gains Cycle and Cycle dates columns, both filterable across the entire log rather than the page already loaded, and both carried into the export — so the file matches what the table shows. You can also set a product to require a cycle on every sale of it.

10.11.07

v10.11.07

New

  • Office Manager — an eighth built-in role, for whoever runs the administrative side. It carries everything an Agent does and adds scheduling and events, tasks and calls, full ownership of contacts (import, export, merge and custom fields), deals, orders, quotes and products, customer invoicing, the team roster, time sheets and reports. It stays out of marketing execution and workspace configuration, so you can hand it out without handing over the keys.

Improved

  • Create a cycle without leaving the form: every cycle picker now offers "+ New cycle…" — a short form opens, the cycle is created against the product you're on, and it's attached to the record you were filling in straight away.

10.11.06

v10.11.06

Improved

  • Date ranges on Payments, Orders and Sales: pick today, yesterday, this or last week, this or last month, the last 7 or 30 days — or drag a range across the calendar. The chosen range shows on the filter button, and the CSV export comes out on exactly the range the table is showing, with both ends read in your workspace's timezone.

10.11.05

v10.11.05

New

  • Issuer details on quotes: set your legal company name, VAT number and registered address once in quote settings and they're stamped onto every quote you send — frozen with the revision, so the public page, the PDF and the signed copy all show exactly what the customer agreed to.

Improved

  • The opt-out link on marketing SMS got substantially shorter: a Hebrew message that used to spill into a second segment now usually fits in one, and the segment counter reflects that as you write. Links already sent keep working as before.
  • End an event while it's still scheduled: an event that ran outside oToK, finished early or was called off can be closed straight from Scheduled to Ended, with a confirmation explaining that the live phase is skipped and that the after-the-event automations will go out.

Fixed

  • Registering a contact to an event from their page no longer runs the "registered to an event" automation twice — Zoom's echo of the registration we made ourselves is now recognised for what it is. A step waiting on attendance also wakes from every path that changes it rather than only a bulk update, and a status update that changed nothing no longer re-announces itself.

10.11.04

v10.11.04

New

  • Every product cycle now has a page of its own: its date window, the price in force for it, how many seats are taken — and exactly who bought. You reach it by clicking a cycle on the product's Cycles tab, and the seats cell also lets you peek at the buyer list without leaving the page.

Improved

  • Every list in the product now sorts, filters and exports: tables across the CRM, marketing and the settings logs gained column sorting, filters that apply to the whole table rather than the rows already loaded, and a Download CSV button. The sales log, quotes and SMS campaign results joined the full file exports — with the contact, product, cycle, quantity and total — and an export carries the same filters you set on screen.

Fixed

  • Salesforce: a contact linked to more than one record no longer has its details rewritten by each of them in turn. One linked record is the connector — updates come in from it and only it, and outbound changes go only to it — while any other record stays attached as a reference. A Contact record created by converting a Lead takes over the role automatically.

10.11.02

v10.11.02

Improved

  • Paste content you wrote in Word or Google Docs into the email editor and get it back the way you wrote it: lines stay lines, blank lines become the space between paragraphs instead of piling up as empty ones, and colors, emphasis and alignment survive. The source document's fonts and sizes don't come along, so the email goes out in your own design — and comes out far smaller, which is exactly what decides how a customer sees it.
  • Duplicate an email template: a Duplicate button on every template makes a copy under a new name and opens it for editing — a starting point for the next version without taking the original apart.

Fixed

  • Empty conversations no longer sit at the top of the inbox: a thread you opened but never sent in joins the list when its first message arrives — sent, received, or failed. A failed send does appear, marked Not sent, so it's clear something needs another try.

10.11.01

v10.11.01

New

  • Send SMS through your own Extra Mobile account: connect the account and every SMS your workspace sends — campaigns, automations and reminders — goes out through it and is billed there, instead of drawing on your oToK credit balance. Senders you approved with Extra Mobile appear in the sender picker, and their segment count is the one recorded. Extra Mobile returns no delivery receipts, so a message is marked Sent and doesn't move on to a delivery status.

Fixed

  • Salesforce: a contact whose Lead has since been converted to a Contact no longer breaks the outbound sync. oToK repairs the link itself — pointing it at the Contact record the conversion created, or dropping it when a Contact link already exists — and a converted Lead is never pulled back in to overwrite what you hold. A link it can't repair on its own is surfaced in the integration's sync log instead of failing quietly on every run.

10.11.00

v10.11.00

New

  • SMS — a new messaging channel, alongside WhatsApp and email. Write a message, watch the segment count update as you type, and send it to a whole audience as a campaign or to a single contact. The sender is yours: verify a mobile number with a code sent to it, or register a name to show instead of a number. Every marketing SMS carries a short opt-out link, and opting out through it stops WhatsApp too — one consent across both channels. The channel sends to Israeli mobile numbers. Available on every plan.
  • SMS reaches automations too: a Send SMS step with the same variables your other messages use, a Fall back to SMS option when a WhatsApp message can't be delivered, and an SMS branch in the channel router — and booking reminders can go by SMS as well. Sends draw on a credit balance you top up in advance, the segment counter already includes the opt-out line so what you see is what you spend, and an automation or campaign that runs out pauses where it stands and picks up again once the balance is back.

10.10.03

v10.10.03

Improved

  • Event attendance closes itself out: once an event has ended and Zoom's participant report lands, everyone who registered and never joined is marked No-show without you working down the list. An empty report never sweeps anyone, so a report Zoom hasn't finished preparing can't mislabel a whole webinar.
  • An event's registrant list now loads a page at a time, and search, the status filter and selection work across the whole list rather than the rows on screen — an event with thousands of registrants opens as fast as one with ten.
  • Your workspace logo and the logo you drop into a QR code are now kept in the media library, so you can pick either from any "Choose from library" spot instead of finding the original file again. Workspace logos uploaded before this are adopted into the library retroactively.

Fixed

  • Someone who unregistered stays unregistered: a Zoom registrant whose email reaches your contact through a different or older address no longer puts them back on the list, and a Salesforce campaign-member sync no longer overrides a withdrawal you recorded more recently. An address a contact only held in the past now resolves back to them instead of minting a duplicate.

10.10.02

v10.10.02

Improved

  • The Send message button on a contact's page now opens their conversation in the inbox — and starts one if there isn't one yet — instead of leaving you to find them in the list. The Conversations tab went with it: since every conversation follows the phone number, it only ever listed a single row, and those messages already appear on the Activity timeline. The sidebar tile that counted conversations now counts logged calls, and a direct link to a quiet conversation opens even when it sits far down the inbox list.

Fixed

  • Agents can pick a template again: using a template inside a conversation is now its own permission, separate from the templates library. An agent allowed to send templates sees the approved ones in the inbox and sends them — with no access to drafts, rejected templates or Meta's rejection reasons — which matters most the moment a conversation's 24-hour window closes and a template is the only way to reply.
