Every release — the new features, improvements, and fixes, as they ship.

11.1.1

v11.1.1

Fixed

  • A dialog taller than your screen scrolls instead of running off the edge: its title and its buttons stay put while the middle scrolls, and on a phone the browser's own bars no longer cut off the bottom row. Date and time fields also keep their day, month and year in order in Hebrew, so a date reads the way you type it.

11.1.0

v11.1.0

New

  • Notifications: one system for all of them. 67 kinds of notice across 32 topics — a message in a conversation you handle, a task or inquiry that landed on you, a quote a customer signed, a booking that moved, an automation that failed, a reply from support — each written for you in your language, on your workspace's clock, and each opening the exact record it is about. You choose per topic where it reaches you: in the app, as a push banner, by email right away or gathered into a digest at a time you set — with quiet hours that hold push and email back until you are around. A handful of safety notices (account security, workspace access, billing) always come through. Opening a record marks everything about it read on all your devices, banners about the same record replace each other instead of stacking up, and no banner ever quotes message content — it says what happened and leaves the text in the app.

Improved

  • One way to describe "which records", across the whole product: audiences, campaign targeting, the Decision step, lead-scoring rules, intake procedures, the Deals filter, the Contacts filter bar and the report builder now read the same catalogue and use the same rule builder — so conditions on related records, and counts or sums of them, are available everywhere you filter, and a condition means exactly the same thing wherever you write it.
  • A Notify step in an automation now treats its recipients as one list across the channels it sends on; steps saved back when each channel kept its own list will reach everyone on either list, on every channel the step uses.

Fixed

  • Exporting a table report works on the large datasets too — contacts, deals, orders, quotes, tasks and the rest were refused with a "too many headers" error, so in practice only the smallest reports could be exported at all.

11.0.2

v11.0.2

New

  • Reports, rebuilt: a report is now a sentence — Show a dataset, Where some conditions hold, As a table or a summary — and the result runs beside you as you build it, sortable, filterable and paged, not a preview. Ask for the rows themselves and not just totals: which customers bought product A and cycle H of product B this quarter, every cycle running right now, products with no cycle running at all. Twenty-seven datasets across contacts, deals, sales, orders, quotes, bookings, events, tasks, conversations, campaigns and more; a condition can reach one step past the record — a contact's sales, and the cycle behind those sales — and count, sum or average related records per row. A finished report can be shared with the workspace, pinned to your dashboard (up to six), emailed on a schedule and exported to CSV or Excel. Every plan can build and run them; saving one is available on Growth and up.
  • The owner lives on the contact, not on the thread: the agent responsible for a person is now a property of the contact, and their conversations, open deals, tasks, live quotes, open inquiries and upcoming bookings follow them. Hand a contact over and the dialog shows exactly what moves along; the Contacts list gains an Owner column and a My contacts view, bulk edit can set an owner, CSV import assigns by a team member's email address, and exports carry it. A contact nobody owns is claimed automatically — by whoever answers the first message, or round-robin and by load from live intake — and a deal, task or quote created on a contact inherits their owner. Automations gain an Assign contact action and an Owner changed trigger, the owner's name and email are available as variables, and the API and contact webhooks carry the owner too. One notification per hand-over, however many conversations that person has.
  • Zoom meetings on your terms: choose between a passcode and a waiting room when oToK creates the meeting for an event, and both stay in sync with Zoom afterwards. When Zoom finishes processing the recording, its link — and its password — land on the event by themselves, ready to send; a new Recording ready trigger starts an automation the moment they do, and the recording link, its password and the waiting-room setting are all available as variables and in Decision rules.

Improved

  • Read an automation run without leaving the contact: clicking a run on a contact's Automations tab — or View log on their timeline — opens exactly the step-by-step log you get in Automations → Logs, with a link straight into the automation's editor for anyone allowed to open it. Back returns you where you came from, log still open.

Fixed

  • An event reminder fires on the event's clock, not on the moment somebody signed up: registering a person an hour before an event no longer dumps every reminder whose moment has already passed onto them. A time-anchored step runs once, when its moment arrives, for whoever matches at that moment (with an hour of grace for a restart); "after the event ends" keeps its longer catch-up window, because an event can be closed late.
  • Saving a task works again — every task created by hand carries an assignee, and every one of those was failing with a server error.
  • A finished export downloads the file instead of opening a broken page. The download link had been handing the browser the wrong thing since late August.

10.13.00

v10.13.00

New

  • Inquiries: every way a lead reaches you — a form, a landing page, a popup, a Meta lead ad, a webhook, a public booking, an API write, the first WhatsApp message of a new conversation — now opens a tracked inquiry, so nobody arrives and quietly disappears into your contact list. Intake procedures decide what happens next: ordered rules test what was submitted, who the contact is, where it came from and whether it is business hours, then hand the inquiry to an agent or to a team — round-robin, or whoever is least busy. Set a first-response target and oToK counts down on your business hours, warns whoever holds the inquiry, and escalates when the target is missed.
  • A dedicated Inquiries page is where the work happens — the submitted content, where it came from, and that person's other open inquiries and who holds them — alongside a tab on the contact, a dashboard panel, reports and CSV export. Automations gain an Inquiry trigger (created, assigned, resolved, unassigned, response target missed), the submitted fields as variables, and a Manage inquiry action. Routing deliberately fails towards safety: anything it cannot resolve lands in the queue unassigned rather than vanishing. Available on every plan.

Improved

  • In the inbox on a computer, Enter sends the message and Shift+Enter starts a new line. On a phone nothing changes — Enter still breaks the line.

10.12.00

v10.12.00

New

  • Israeli national ID numbers are a contact identifier in their own right now, beside phone and email. An ID is checked against its own check digit as you type — a mistyped number is refused instead of stored — and kept as nine digits, so 3346229-2 and 033462292 are one and the same person. Like a phone or an email it is unique within your workspace, and everything identity already did works on it: duplicate warnings while you type, the "contact already exists" stop on save, conflict resolution and merging, search that also finds IDs someone held in the past, CSV import — where you now choose which identifiers to match on and in what priority order — filters, automations and the API.
  • Contacts whose VAT number is in fact their personal ID had it filled in for them. Where several contacts pointed at the same ID nothing was guessed: the group is waiting for you under Duplicates & conflicts.

Fixed

  • Incoming WhatsApp messages are reaching the inbox again: a fault introduced a day earlier silently dropped every new inbound message (emoji reactions aside), so conversations simply stopped updating.

10.11.14

v10.11.14

Improved

  • A sale you record and a form somebody submits now subscribe that person on every channel you can actually reach them on — email if you have their address, WhatsApp (which covers SMS too) if you have their phone — instead of the single channel a form's checkbox happened to name. An existing opt-out is never overturned, and someone already subscribed keeps the consent record they had; a ticked consent checkbox is an express opt-in and can bring back someone who opted out, while leaving an optional checkbox unticked is a decline and writes nothing. The form builder's channel picker is gone, because the channels are now simply the ones the person gave you.

Fixed

  • Push notifications in the browser actually arrive now: the switch was there and the device registered, but no browser was ever able to subscribe, so nothing was ever sent to one.

10.11.13

v10.11.13

New

  • Bring in the sessions that already happened: Sync from Zoom gains an Include past events option that also reaches Zoom's previous meetings — up to six months back — and webinars that have already run. Each one arrives already Ended, with the attendance it recorded; a recurring Zoom series lands as a single event rather than one per occurrence, and nothing imported this way fires reminders or follow-up automations after the fact.

10.11.11

v10.11.11

New

  • Support moved inside oToK: a chat bubble opens a conversation with the support team, and that conversation is the ticket — attachments, live replies, a status you can see, and an email that reaches you if you've stepped away. Every team member can open one, and everyone sees their own. A client of an agency reaches their agency first, in the agency's branding — and the agency can escalate to us and stay in the conversation.
  • Connect an AI assistant to your workspace: each member mints an access token of their own, and the assistant acts strictly in their name — the same permissions, the same plan limits, the same records they'd see on screen. It previews before it acts, never sends a free-form message to a customer, can't fire a mass send on less than half an hour's notice, and doesn't touch billing, team management or account security. Every request it makes is logged and shown back to you, per token. Available on Growth and up.
  • Take an event's status into your own hands: a Change status menu offers exactly the moves that make sense — including Start now, which had no button until today. Owners and admins can also correct an event that has already happened, and correcting one that was canceled or left as a draft asks first whether the correction should run the event's automations — so fixing a record doesn't message everybody.
  • A contact's Previously used panel becomes usable: switch them back to a number, email or name they held before in one click instead of retyping it — or forget an old value outright, so it stops drawing incoming messages and duplicate warnings onto them. Switching is open to anyone who can edit a contact; forgetting is the owner's to do.

Improved

  • Contact imports stop merging rows that aren't the same person: a placeholder number like 0500000000 is neither stored nor used to match, blocked emails, domains and numbers are dropped before matching rather than after, and a row that contradicts the contact it matched is parked as a conflict for you to resolve instead of being folded in. The updates count now reflects only rows that actually changed, and every dropped value is noted on the contact's timeline and in the import report. In the same spirit, a write through the API can no longer overwrite a good phone number with one that couldn't exist.
  • New emails now start from one consistent set of design defaults, identical in the editor and in what actually goes out — what you see while writing is what lands. The editor's formatting toolbar and text styling were tidied up along with it.
  • Duplicating a step in an automation now behaves like copy and paste-after: the copy lands wired in right after the original, with configuration entirely its own. Duplicating a trigger adds a second, unwired entry point, as you'd expect.

Fixed

  • Custom fields are back on the contact page for everyone who can read contacts — the section was vanishing for Agents and Marketers because reading the field definitions depended on the settings-side permission. And on a Hebrew timeline, a field change now reads from the old value to the new one in the right direction.
  • An event pushed to Zoom keeps its time: 10:00 in your workspace's timezone is scheduled as 10:00, not as 10:00 UTC.

10.11.10

v10.11.10

New

  • Hand over a departing teammate's work: removing or deactivating a member now offers to pass on what they were holding — conversations, deals, tasks and quotes — and a standalone Reassign work action does the same for someone on leave, or someone who left long ago. Split it between several people and the shares come out even, with everything belonging to one contact staying with one person. What deliberately doesn't move is said up front: calls stay recorded against whoever took them, and booked meetings are counted and flagged rather than moved silently.
  • Set your email defaults once: fonts, colors, text direction, how your brand color is applied and the structure a new email starts from — with a live preview. The defaults are stamped onto an email the moment it's created, so changing them later never restyles what you already wrote.

Fixed

  • A conversation with no messages says so and invites you to send the first one, a load that failed says it failed and offers a retry instead of looking like an empty thread, and a conversation you open is assigned to you rather than left with no agent.

10.11.09

v10.11.09

Improved

  • Copy and paste keeps your variables whole: copy text containing a variable from one field into another — or into an email body — and the variable arrives with its path, modifiers and fallback intact instead of collapsing into its label text. Automation steps travel the same way: Ctrl/⌘+C puts them on the system clipboard, so a step pastes into another browser or another machine.
  • In the inbox: scrolling back through a thread brings up a jump-to-latest button, counting what arrived while you were reading history. SMS messages carry an SMS tag, so they read apart from WhatsApp messages in the same conversation.

Fixed

  • Each inbox folder now loads on its own — scrolling Starred fetches more starred conversations instead of quietly pulling in everything else.
  • Automation side panels and the report date pickers stay usable on a narrow screen: condition rows wrap instead of being clipped, the tab strip scrolls, and Clear and Apply stay within reach.
