What's new in oToK

Every release — the new features, improvements, and fixes, as they ship.

11.3.2

v11.3.2

Fixed

  • WhatsApp templates: fixed a bug that caused templates with a named text header, such as {{topic}}, to be rejected instead of sent. Messages with a named header now go out as expected.

11.3.1

v11.3.1

New

  • Mobile app: open App & updates from the sidebar to see which version you're running and apply a verified update yourself, right when it's ready — instead of waiting for it to update on its own.

Improved

  • Automation builder: a redesigned canvas keeps every branch straight and readable on its own — no more crooked or crossing connections — with real support for building automations from your phone: pan and zoom the canvas, search for the step you need, and drag a connection to a new step or delete it outright. Every change can be undone and redone, and the Problems panel can now fix common issues for you instead of only flagging them.

Fixed

  • Inbox notifications: fixed a bug that replaced new-message previews with a generic "you have a new message" alert. Notifications now show who wrote in, who the conversation is assigned to, and which workspace it is in — right in the title.

11.2.7

v11.2.7

Improved

  • Automation builder: rewire a connection by dragging either end to a different step, and select several steps to copy, duplicate, move or delete them together in Canvas or List view. Moving a group keeps every step's settings and internal branches intact and undoes as one action — and oToK now catches loops, invalid connections and steps you can never reach before you turn the flow on.
  • Variables: the truncate formatter can now cut from either end — keep the last few digits of a phone number or ID instead of always keeping the first ones, with a direction option right in the variable editor.

Fixed

  • Google Ads: account and campaign syncing is fully restored after being down since June — no need to reconnect, your existing connection resumes automatically.

11.2.6

v11.2.6

Improved

  • Google Ads, GA4 and Meta Ads: when listing your accounts or properties fails, oToK now tells you why — API not enabled, permission denied, or the connection is temporarily rate-limited — instead of a generic "Couldn't load accounts" error.
  • Sidebar: navigation groups now start collapsed for a quieter view — open the ones you use, and oToK remembers your choices the next time you sign in.

11.2.5

v11.2.5

New

  • Automations: Decision nodes get Multi-split — branch into several named routes, each with its own conditions, evaluated in priority order with one default route as the catch-all. Switching a node between Filter, Split and Multi-split asks where each existing connection should go, so your flow's wiring and capacity limits stay attached instead of breaking.
  • Events: give an event its own category. Start typing and oToK offers the ones your workspace already uses — new ones join the list the moment you use them, the same way contact tags work.
  • Events: import registrants from a CSV. Upload or paste rows into an event's attendee list and the same guided wizard used for contacts import maps columns, previews matches and tracks progress — existing contact details are kept by default, and importing the same rows twice never creates duplicate registrations.
  • Reports: filter and sort by a combined "Created or updated" date — one anchor that matches whichever timestamp is more recent, so "what changed this week" is a single filter instead of two, across contacts, deals, products, events and every other dataset with an edit history.

Improved

  • Products: a product or cycle's detail page now has its own Events tab, listing every linked event with search, status filtering, sorting and pagination — alongside the existing Buyers view.
  • Zoom events: passcode and waiting room can now both be switched on together instead of one replacing the other — new meetings default to passcode on, waiting room off, and at least one protection is always required. Add a presenter by searching your team or typing a name, and personal join links stay required everywhere Zoom registration is on.

Fixed

  • Products and Cycles: bulk editing no longer loses your selection the moment you type in the search box, and a status you just changed now shows correctly right after saving instead of waiting for the list to refresh.
  • Fixed several Hebrew wording and grammar issues across the app, including messages that greet a contact with no first name on file — they now open with a warm "היי לך," instead of an awkward gap.

11.2.4

v11.2.4

New

  • Deals: select and edit many at once. Tick up to 50 deals on the list to update a shared field, assign or unassign an owner, archive, or permanently delete with a typed confirmation — permanent deletion stays owner-only. Stage and status changes still happen one deal at a time, and a bulk change reports exactly which rows succeeded.

Improved

  • Duplicate contacts: compatible matches now merge automatically the moment they arrive — through the API, a webhook, or an integration like WhatConverts — when a phone matches one contact and an email matches another. Anything uncertain, conflicting or already marked to stay separate still waits in the review queue, and every safeguard — full history, undo — carries over.

Fixed

  • Report exports: CSV and Excel downloads now show the actual name behind a linked record — a product, for example — instead of its raw ID, across table columns, joined records, related-record lists and summary groups.

11.2.3

v11.2.3

New

  • Reports: make a report yours. Duplicate on the reports list, or Save as copy in the builder, copies any saved report you can see — your own or one a teammate shared — into a private report that belongs to you, its settings and description intact and the original untouched. And even when a shared report is locked for editing, anyone allowed to view it can change its filters, date range, columns and chart to answer their own question — the saved original stays exactly as it was. Saving reports is available on Growth and up.
  • Contacts: the column picker now offers everything Reports offers for contacts — related records such as sales, deals and tasks, fields one hop further away (Sales › Cycle › Name), and calculated columns that count, total or average them. Related values sit as an aligned list inside the contact's own row, so your contact count and your bulk selections never change, and they respect the filters already on the list. Save a column layout to keep the fields, calculations and extra conditions together, and exports take them along.
  • Products and Cycles: tick rows and edit them together — price, dates, capacity, status — with anything that could not be changed left selected for another try. A record with dates now derives its own schedule status (open, ongoing, ended), while Archive and Cancel stay a deliberate manual choice, a cancelled cycle drops out of the picker for new sales, and a Duration column reads the run in days, weeks, months or years. Save the current tab, search, filters, sort and page as a named view and come back to it in one click.

Improved

  • The report builder's settings panel is yours to size: drag the divider between the settings and the result, or focus it and use the arrow keys. Your draft, your place in the form and the focused field all survive the resize — and a rotation of the screen.
  • Source labels moved onto the message they belong to: each special message carries its own source strip above its text, with its own ad thumbnail and a button for the details, instead of one header for the whole conversation showing the latest ad. Ordinary WhatsApp messages stay uncluttered.

Fixed

  • A connected record's columns show only the records the report's own conditions allow: a report of contacts with sales in cycle H shows those sales, not all of them. The same filtering follows through into paging and into exported files.

11.2.2

v11.2.2

New

  • See the ad that started the conversation, from inside the conversation: any message that arrived through a Meta ad or post carries View ad details, which opens the image or video, the ad's text, its campaign and the link to the source. Lead-form inquiries and the entries in a contact's journey open the same details, and every message keeps the ad it actually came from even when a later message arrives from a different one.

Improved

  • Every message says where it came from. A form submission, an SMS, activity from a connected system, a service notice, imported history or a message sent from the WhatsApp Business app now carries a source strip — in the conversation, in search results and on the contact's timeline — so an integration's activity never reads as something the customer typed. WhatsApp reply, reaction and retry actions appear only on WhatsApp messages.

Fixed

  • The 24-hour WhatsApp window counts only genuine customer WhatsApp messages, at the time the customer actually sent them. A form submission, an SMS, a service notice or a message your business sent no longer opens or extends it, and importing history never starts a fresh 24 hours — so the Inbox tells you the truth about when you can still write freely.

11.2.1

v11.2.1

New

  • Inquiries: turn one into a deal without leaving it. Create deal opens a new deal with the contact and the inquiry's title already filled in, and Assign to open deal links it to a deal that person already has open, searchable from the panel. The link stays on the inquiry so you can open the deal later, and linking a deal never resolves the inquiry for you.
  • Contacts: five Marketing fields now live on the contact itself — Source Page URL, Source Page Title, Referrer, User Agent and Affiliate — editable like any other field and available everywhere fields are: the field pickers, CSV import and export, integration mappings, automations and the API.

Fixed

  • An automation's name and description save when you move to another field, not only when you press Enter — editing either and moving on simply lost what you wrote. Escape still cancels.

11.2.0

v11.2.0

New

  • Reports: bring the records connected to each row many times over into the table — a contact's sales, a product's cycles, an order's items — one hop further included (Sales › Cycle › Name). Choose how they read: listed inside the row, lined up across that record's columns, up to 25 entries per cell; or on separate lines, so a contact with three sales takes three lines. Narrow them with the same conditions a related-records rule takes — only sales whose cycle is ongoing — and group the lines under a heading that names the record and counts them. The exported file carries the layout exactly as it reads on screen.
  • Products: a Cycles view across the whole workspace — every cycle of every product in one list, with its product, period, price, seats and status. Search matches the cycle or the product it belongs to, the columns sort and filter, every row carries the same Buyers, edit and archive actions as the product's own tab, and New cycle here simply asks which product first. Your pick between the two views is remembered in your browser.

Improved

  • Inquiries: the queue now reads like an inbox. Tabs say what stage the work is in and how much of it there is — New, In progress, Needs attention, Closed — with a switch beside them for whose queue you are looking at: Everyone, Mine, Unassigned, or one teammate. Every row leads with the person and one line of what they sent — the answers from the form, the first WhatsApp message, the booking notes — inquiries nobody has touched are bold, the waiting time sits at the end of the row, and anything unassigned offers a one-click Take. Tick several rows to assign, prioritise, resolve or dismiss them together, and a Sort menu orders by arrival, response target or priority — oldest first by default, because a queue is worked front to back. Open one and its submitted details read like the form the person filled in: every answer under the label they saw, phones and emails you can tap, tracking parameters folded away under Technical fields.
  • Reports: a total, average, minimum or maximum over an amount now converts every connected record into your workspace currency at today's rate, so a workspace working in several currencies gets a number it can trust. An amount in a currency with no rate is left out and named, never folded in as if it were equivalent.
  • Products and Cycles are no longer capped at what fits in one fetch: both lists page through everything, and search, sorting, the column filters and the CSV export cover the whole list rather than the page on screen. Product and cycle pickers search the server as you type, so a large catalogue stays reachable. New sortable, filterable columns came with them — Seats taken and Effective price on cycles, Live cycles and Sales count on products — derived per row from the sales ledger and the cycle calendar.

Fixed

  • Side drawers no longer clip their contents: long record names and labels wrap onto another line, nested filters and expanded test inputs fit, the close and footer buttons stay within reach even in a short window, and a wide reference table scrolls inside the drawer instead of pushing it out of shape.
