What's new in oToK

Every release — the new features, improvements, and fixes, as they ship.

14.2.0

v14.2.0

New

  • Usage and credit alerts: account owners and billing managers are notified before a limit or credit balance runs out — at 80%, 90% and 100% of the monthly allowance for emails, WhatsApp messages, campaigns, quotes, AI and enrichment credits and automation and API runs, and of the prepaid SMS balance. Each step alerts once, and an upgrade or a top-up re-arms the ladder. It's an optional notification topic — pick in-app, push or email for it, or switch it off. Available on every plan.
  • Download a product's or cycle's contacts: from the product or cycle's recipients list, from a row's menu in the Products and Cycles lists, or for several products and cycles you tick together — one CSV or Excel file with a column picker, where each contact appears once even if they hold several accesses, with the option to include ended access too.
  • Refresh Zoom links: on a Zoom-connected event, one button brings the short links you've already shared up to date with the current join address — so changing a passcode doesn't break links already out in the world. The short links and each registrant's personal link are kept, and no message is sent and no registrant changes. The refresh also runs by itself after a passcode change in oToK or a relevant change in Zoom, with progress, a count of links that failed and a retry for just those.

14.1.0

v14.1.0

New

  • A catalog for your website: choose which products and cycles are published to your site — nothing is published by default. Each product and cycle can carry a title, summary, cover image, delivery mode (in person or online), location, schedule summary, number of sessions and facilitator names, with cycles either inheriting the product's details or overriding them. Your website pulls the catalog through the API and shows price, currency, VAT and registration availability — while design and wording stay entirely in your hands.
  • Send attempts in automations: runs now show WhatsApp and SMS attempts and the SMS fallback separately, with the reason a send failed and whether the provider accepted it or it was delivered. A failed send also shows up in the conversation, and you can preview and retry just the step you pick — with no double sends and no continuing on to the rest of the flow.

Improved

  • Product and cycle automations now also work on historical purchases: cancelling or reinstating an older enrolment starts matching automations, just like any other purchase.

Fixed

  • Mobile app: tapping a field no longer zooms the screen or leaves a sideways scroll, and bottom sheets stay steady when the keyboard opens.
  • Automations: the Problems panel no longer wrongly warns about the contact ID and about API response fields declared in the same flow.

14.0.0

v14.0.0

New

  • Customer tickets: launch a branded help centre, embed a ticket launcher on your website and let customers follow requests, replies and attachments in their own portal. Your team gets an assigned queue with statuses, internal notes and canned replies. Automatic routing, response-time targets and alerts keep work moving; reports show backlog, response times and reopened tickets. Available on Growth and up.
  • Payment cards: enter a card through your payment provider’s secure screen inside oToK, or send the customer a link to save a card without charging it. Attach a card to a payment plan and spot cards approaching expiry. Available on Scale and up.
  • Payment at booking: collect a fixed deposit or the full price, and choose whether to hold the slot until payment or confirm the booking immediately. Event registration can also connect to collection through the event’s product. Available on Scale and up.
  • Navigation for your team: arrange the sidebar by workspace, role, team or individual team member. Allow personal adjustments or keep a shared layout, so everyone can reach the tools they use quickly.
  • Automations throughout a product’s lifecycle: act when access starts or ends through a purchase, gift or enrolment, before and after start and end dates, or when a cycle changes status. Choose whether to reach buyers or recipients. Customer tickets also connect to automations and the API for routing, status updates and alerts; AI assistants can help with triage and internal drafts.

Improved

  • Payments where you work: the same collection dialog is available from sales, contacts, deals, quotes and the inbox. Send pay links by email, WhatsApp or SMS, follow reminders, collect after quote acceptance and refund through your provider. Cardcom documents are available from the record, and Sumit payments support refunds through the original payment method. Available on Scale and up.
  • Events and Zoom: a saved event’s overview and event list appear together. Choose which registration and confirmation emails Zoom sends, and enable webinar reminders an hour, a day or a week before the event — including through saved events.

Fixed

  • Notifications and calendars: opening a notification while the app starts takes you to the right record, and calendar booking updates keep a consistent organiser so changes continue to update the same meeting.

13.1.5

v13.1.5

New

  • Products, enrolments and gifts: distinguish the buyer from the person receiving access. Choose a different recipient for each sale item or give a product as a gift, then see products and enrolments on the recipient’s record. Cycle capacity follows active enrolments, including those without a sale.
  • Merge custom fields: workspace owners can combine fields of the same type, preview conflicts and choose which value to keep. Missing values are filled from the other field, while choice options and history are preserved.

Improved

  • Product and cycle prices: set a default price and choose independently whether prices can be adjusted for the product and for each cycle. Changing the setting leaves previously recorded sale amounts intact.
  • Collect from a sale: choose a secure checkout, saved card, customer pay link or payment plan in the same dialog, for a new or existing sale. Available on Scale and up.
  • Find the right person: quick search shows the contact’s lifecycle stage beside their name, and the inbox uses the current contact name with links to conversations associated with their other numbers.

13.1.4

v13.1.4

Improved

  • Business insights: see what the comparison is based on — each insight shows its metric, comparison threshold, measurement period and evaluation time. Comparisons follow your business clock, and a notification opens the relevant insight directly.
  • Automation reports: open the exact campaign sent by an automation, then investigate and export the same recipient group as you move through the results.

Fixed

  • Campaign completion: sending progress counts each recipient once, even when the messaging provider later reports a failure. Campaigns finish processing every recipient, with the failure reason visible when follow-up is needed.

13.1.3

v13.1.3

New

  • Zoom: choose whether participants can join a meeting before the host. Set it when creating or editing an event, or in a saved event, and keep the choice in sync between Zoom and oToK.

13.1.2

v13.1.2

Improved

  • Import event registrants: choose between adding new people only and updating existing registrations, then decide separately whether to replay registration automations. Recorded attendance and existing Zoom links stay intact.

Fixed

  • Unsent messages: a failed message keeps its Not sent status and its correct position in the conversation, so you can see what happened and when.
  • Contacts on mobile: switching tabs no longer jumps the page, and action dialogs stay open until you finish or go back — including when another dialog opens above them.

13.1.0

v13.1.0

New

  • Sales: put several products and cycles on one sale, with discounts, an outstanding balance, and all payments and refunds together. Split a payment across sales or collect from several payers — your contact record shows exactly what was sold and what has been paid.
  • Collect while recording a sale: take a deposit or the full amount, send a pay link, or schedule charges for the balance without leaving the sale. Choose the first date, frequency and number of charges; collection ends when the balance is paid. Available on Scale and up.
  • Sales across your business: quotes, orders, pay links and product forms connect to the same sale record. Automations and the API can record sales and continue the customer journey from sale and payment events.

Improved

  • Work from your phone: contact records put calls, messages, email and notes within reach, with clear tabs and touch-friendly field editing. Dialogs open as drawers, Back closes the top layer, and rotating your screen keeps the form you are filling in.
  • Find the right product or event: searchable pickers include records beyond the first loaded page and keep cycles tied to the right product. Next- and previous-event variables in automations show their selection and let you change it in place.

13.0.0

v13.0.0

New

  • Saved events: define a reusable event once — name, product, category, presenter, timezone, language, duration and Zoom defaults — and link any event to it instead of filling in the same form every time. Create a new event pre-filled from a saved event in one click, or turn an event you already ran into a saved event to reuse later. Each saved event gets its own page with its live and upcoming events, registrant and attendance stats, and no-show rates across everything ever run from it. Automation triggers and the "next event" variable can scope to a saved event too, and the API and MCP tools can file an event under one by ID or name.
  • Sales: cancel a sale you recorded by mistake — with a reason — and reinstate it later if you change your mind; every status change is kept so the history never disappears. Cancelled sales drop out of your counts and segments automatically wherever it matters, while staying visible on the record itself.

Improved

  • Attribution: your contacts' marketing fields — the page they arrived from, the referrer and more — now update automatically and reliably from every channel that can carry them: forms, the public API, CSV imports and webhook-triggered automations all record where a contact really came from, the moment it happens. These fields show read-only on the contact card, so a busy team member can't quietly overwrite the true source — only the affiliate, browser and IP stay editable.
  • Refunds: every refund now records who made it and why, and shows exactly how the money moved — refunded straight through your connected payment provider, or marked as returned another way when it happened outside oToK. A refund still awaiting confirmation is flagged for review instead of looking done, and quotes now show Refunded and Partially refunded badges.
  • Automations: scope an event trigger — Event Activity, Event Date/Time or Zoom Event — to every event matching a product, category or name, not just one specific event; match by contains, exact match or starts-with, and combine as many of these as you need.

12.0.0

v12.0.0

New

  • Events, through the API: create or update events by an external ID, register attendees (or create the contact on the spot), and move a registration between statuses — the same chokepoint the app itself uses, so an API registration fires the exact automations, Zoom pushes and lead-scoring an in-app one does. A registration can carry its own acquisition details, so who signed up and where they came from land as one record. Available wherever the REST API is — Growth and up.

Improved

  • Attribution: Sales, inquiries and new contacts are now attributed to the marketing touch that actually brought them — revenue calculated as price × quantity, with unpriced sales flagged rather than dropped. Every contact's journey shows the touches themselves — campaign messages, email sends, automation runs and event registrations — right alongside the clicks that led there, and TikTok and LinkedIn ad clicks are now tracked and reported as their own channels. Journey capture is on every plan; the full attribution suite is included on Growth and up.
  • National ID: contacts outside Israel can now hold a valid national ID too — oToK validates each one against your workspace's country (Israel keeps its familiar check-digit rule; everywhere else accepts 4–20 letters and digits), so the field works as a real identifier for search, deduplication, imports and the API everywhere you do business. In list views, duplicate warnings and merge candidates, the number now shows masked to its last four digits — the full value stays on the contact's own record. Quotes, invoices and other documents now pick up a customer's national ID or VAT number automatically and print it beside the recipient's details. Available on every plan.

Fixed

  • Zoom events: fixed a bug where after-event automations and attendance reports could fire against the scheduled end time instead of when the meeting actually ended — a meeting that ran late now triggers its follow-ups and requests its attendance report from the real end time, not the planned one.
  • WhatsApp campaigns: fixed a bug that sent every template in English regardless of the approved template's actual language, causing Meta to reject the send while the campaign still showed as completed. Campaigns now send — and retry — in the template's real language, and a run that sends to nobody is correctly marked as failed instead of completed.
